Loyiso Jiya

Non-Executive Chairman

Loyiso Jiya, is the Non-Executive Group Chairman of DCH Africa. He has a background in Corporate Accounting, Corporate Finance and Economics. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, USA, MBA Finance (Cum- Laude).

Loyiso, has occupied various key positions such as, Chief Economist, Treasury Economist, Corporate Affairs Manager, Senior Corporate Finance Manager, at a number of renowned financial institutions which include, RMB Asset Management, Capital Alliance, Genbel Securities Bank, Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) and Ernest & Young and Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA).

Loyiso, also serves on various other boards and most notably the Eastern Cape Development Corporation (ECDC) and COEGA Development Corporation.

He is also the Chairman of RTI Energy; Jiya & Associates; Bedrock Capital and Bannow Africa.

He was the former Chairman for PBMR (Pebble Bed Modular Reactor) and Accelon (Internet related service via satellite).

Jemaine Manikus

Chief Executive Officer

Jemaine Manikus is a Director of Razmaine Trading and Projects, Co-Founder of Beleza Auto Lda based in Mozambique and director of the West Rand Business Council.

He has worked in various business segments across the globe in multi-disciplinary industries, he is an adaptable accomplished people-centric entrepreneurial professional, offering strong strategy and project management skills, executive management and directorship experience.

He has invaluable diversified skill sets and hands-on experience working with clients, stakeholders and industry partners in driving business strategies and meeting all stakeholder objectives. He offers an adaptable tenacious aptitude in developing and maintaining business relationships within the private and public sector spanning multicultural backgrounds both locally and internationally.

He has an active passion to develop young aspiring entrepreneurs through mentorship training and motivational talks that assists with identifying relative constraints and opportunities, exposure to sustainable business models and strategies that are defined to ensure long term results to fundamental economic growth within the respective communities.

Tsepo Ntshona

Chief Operating Officer

Tsepo Ntshona, is the Group COO of DCH Africa and a Board Member. He is primarily responsible for the groups strategic planning and development, investor relations, resource acquisition and allocation, human capital, relational development and management.

He is the Founder and CEO of Kingdom Media Inc., a diversified strategic media communications organisation. In addition, he is the Founder and President of the West Rand Business Council and the Founder and Chairman of the West Rand Economic and Community (WESRECO) Development Society. He is also a Board Member of Sports Africa Inc., a community sports development enterprise.

He was previously the Group CEO of Kofifi Media Group a diversified media enterprise. Prior to that he was the Founder and Managing Director of Latita Communications. He has also held Directorship positions in several enterprises operating in various sectors such as; Minerals and Resources, Energy, Infrastructure Development, Private Equity and FMCG.

Tsepo has core competencies in Strategy Development, Corporate Finance, Project Management, Business Administration, Private Equity and Relationship Management.

He has been a keynote speaker at several conferences and workshop networking engagements.
